## About the Role

Join the City of Modesto as a Systems Technician I/II and help keep our essential technology running smoothly across the Help Desk, GIS, and Web services. In this dynamic role, you'll troubleshoot and resolve system issues while supporting a team dedicated to high-quality service. If you have at least six months of hands-on tech experience and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to have you apply!

Salary Incentives:

2.5% Education Incentive - Bachelor's Degree

5% Education Incentive - Master's Degree, Experience and Training Guidelines:

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Experience:

Six months of responsible computer related work experience including proficiency in related technology used by the City of Modesto in the Help Desk, GIS, or Web functions.

Training:

High School diploma or GED equivalency.

License or Certificate:

Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a valid California driver's license.
