This individual will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing application development projects, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects. * Proven experience leading application development projects. * Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams. * Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management experience. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Outstanding organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools. * Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and experience supporting AI-related initiatives or technology projects.
