Configuration Experience with HR Systems (both on-premise and SAAS). ## Description The Configuration Analyst will be tasked with supporting the web-based system known as Harvest, which the Child Nutrition Team uses for processing applications and claims. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, procedures, and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement, improving existing systems, and new system implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, enhance system performance, and ensure ease of use for process analysis, operational efficiency, and a seamless user experience. The Configuration Analyst position will be a hybrid role located in Montpelier.
