Preferred * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, analytics or equivalent experience * 1- 2 years of experience ## Description Boulder Imaging is seeking a System Monitoring Technician to enhance IdentFlight customer care, system performance and system availability. The System Monitoring Technician will coordinate with and support Field Application Engineers in monitoring the global network of IdentiFlight systems. The position involves the deployment and support of the tools the company uses to monitor the IdentiFlight network, systems and applications. The expectation is to enhance the timeliness of network analyses, events, and alerts using our innovative Dashboard and other monitoring tools.
