* Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platform
 * Write and optimize programs using RPG (RPG III/IV, RPGLE, Free Format RPG)
 * Design, query, and manage DB2 databases
 * Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
 * Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement analysis and enhancements
 * Support system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning initiatives
 * Ensure documentation of processes, code changes, and support activities
