Experience must include direct customer communication. * Previous steel experience preferred. * Working knowledge of engineering and design concepts in the structural steel industry with joist & deck industry knowledge preferred. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical procedures. * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to multi-task and organize workflow. * Excellent math and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * PC skills to include the following software: Microsoft Suite of Products, Bluebeam, CSC Design and Pricing programs. * AutoCAD skills a plus. * Ability to travel approximately 15%.
