They will have significant technical experience with querying large sets of data, report writing, data governance, and dashboard production. They will be both a problem solver and an innovator, capable of navigating large sets of data and leveraging financial institution experience to create meaningful insights used in analyzing Credit Union performance. This position requires deep analysis skills as well as data modeling and report building ability., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or similar is required. * Financial Institution experience recommended. * 10+ years' experience working with SQL and PowerBI required to navigate significant amounts of data required. * Experience applying analytical methods to complex business problems, driving improved decision making and outcomes. * Exposure to Snowflake, Jira, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services required. * Understanding of FASB/accounting a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Advanced Excel knowledge required. * Comfortable navigating a variety of business systems as required to support all business units. * Demonstrated knowledge of the financial industry and its products and services.
