Intégré(e) à l'équipe Data, Solutions & Operations (DSO) et en tant que stagiaire, vous contribuerez àidentifier, concevoir et déployer des solutions basées sur l'IAafin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle de l'équipe DSO et du département Excellence & Execution

Vous identifierez les opportunités d'automatisation et d'optimisation et implémenterez les solutions concrètes(chatbots, agents IA, automatisations...).

Vous serez également en charge de faire monter l'équipe DSO ou BEE en compétence sur les outils IA.

Responsabilités

 1. Identification des opportunités

·Analyser les processus existants (reporting, analyse, opérations) et identifier les irritants

·Proposer des cas d'usage IA concrets (automatisation, agents,chatbot...)

 2. Collecte des besoins

·Animer des ateliers avec les équipes E&E

·Reformuler les besoins en solutions

·Prioriser les cas d'usage selon leur valeur ajoutée

 3. Conception & déploiement de solutions

·Participer activement à la création des solutions IA identifiées

 - - - Chatbots internes
 - Agents IA
 - Autre

 4. Accompagnement du changement

·Former les utilisateurs aux outils déployés

·Créer des supports (guides, démos)

·Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d'usage de l'IA
