Ideal backgrounds include:

 * Senior Electrical Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or mission critical construction
 * Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and field coordination
 * Experience managing large crews and multiple subcontractors
 * Data Center experience is highly desirable, but not essential
 * Ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
 * Strong communication and leadership skills
 * Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure, * Data center: 3 years (Preferred)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you'll take ownership of field operations across large commercial, mission critical, and Data Center construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Leading and coordinating all electrical field activities on-site
 * Managing subcontractors, field teams, and daily site operations
 * Driving project schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
 * Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients
 * Conducting planning meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews
 * Overseeing manpower planning and workforce productivity
 * Identifying and resolving construction and installation challenges proactively
 * Ensuring all work is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and NEC standards
 * Maintaining a strong safety-first culture across all phases of construction
