## About the Role

De formation bac+2 en informatique, vous maîtrisez l'utilisation de Windows 10 et 11, ainsi que les applications bureautiques Microsoft Office.

Vous avez des connaissances avancées en réseaux informatiques.

Doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation, d'esprit d'initiative et de capacité d'écoute.

Des connaissances en Linux sont un plus.

Un bon niveau d'anglais technique est nécessaire.

## Description

Vous assurez le support téléphonique et de proximité auprès de nos agences, sur les outils informatiques du Groupe :

 * Vous avez en charge la gestion du monitoring des applications, de l'état du réseau informatique et le déploiement des nouvelles solutions (matériels, logiciels).
 * Vous effectuez le suivi des anomalies : analyse, création de tickets, saisie dans le logiciel de ticketing et reporting vers la hiérarchie.
 * Vous êtes acteur de l'amélioration continue : participation aux pilotes des projets IT et des supports de formations, rédaction/complétion de fiches dans la base de connaissances

Vous ne connaitrez pas la routine et serez accompagnés sur toutes nos solutions, par une équipe dynamique ! Vous intervenez à distance ou sur site, sur un secteur défini.
