Tu prépares une formation en informatique, systèmes & réseaux, télécommunications ou cybersécurité, idéalement en 2ème ou 3ème année d'alternance.

Nous recherchons une personne :

 * Motivée, sérieuse et ponctuelle.
 * Curieuse techniquement.
 * À l'aise avec l'informatique et les réseaux.
 * Avec un bon relationnel client.
 * Capable d'apprendre vite et de gagner en autonomie.

Une première expérience en support informatique, réseau, téléphonie ou maintenance est un plus.

Permis B apprécié, car des déplacements chez nos clients peuvent être prévus.

## Description

Accompagné(e) par notre équipe technique, tu participeras à :

 * L'installation et la configuration de postes informatiques.
 * Le support aux utilisateurs et le dépannage client.
 * La maintenance de parcs informatiques.
 * La configuration réseau : routeurs, switchs, Wi-Fi, pare-feu.
 * L'installation et le paramétrage de solutions de téléphonie VoIP.
 * La configuration de copieurs et imprimantes professionnelles.
 * Le suivi et la documentation des interventions.
