Si vous aimez résoudre des problèmes, collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs et améliorer les processus IT, ce poste est fait pour vous. * Nous renforçons notre équipe pour accompagner la croissance du nombre de systèmes IT et la complexité opérationnelle. * Nous recherchons un Ingénieur IT Operations dédié, capable d'assurer des services technologiques rapides, fiables et sécurisés pour nos utilisateurs. * Ce rôle est essentiel pour améliorer l'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs et maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de service. Votre rôle * Assurer le support IT auprès des utilisateurs : diagnostic, résolution des incidents applicatifs, mise en œuvre des nouvelles demandes dans nos applications. * Coordonner les nouveaux projets applicatifs déployés dans l'entreprise. * Piloter les évolutions applicatives demandées par les utilisateurs : coordination avec les équipes concernées jusqu'à la livraison et l'intégration dans notre environnement. * Réaliser des tests applicatifs et d'intégration sur les nouvelles versions logicielles avant leur mise en production, afin de garantir la robustesse de nos systèmes. * Déployer les nouvelles releases applicatives ainsi que les correctifs., English translation We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our team and ensure smooth, secure, and reliable technology operations across our manufacturing company.
