Skills * You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and are able to work independently on complex, quality-critical topics. * You apply a structured, analytical, and well-organized approach to your daily work. * You show a strong quality mindset and take ownership for reliable and sustainable results. * You communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional stakeholders. * You work reliably and with strong attention to detail, even when handling multiple topics in parallel. * You analyze problems systematically and translate findings into concrete corrective actions. * You actively contribute to continuous improvement with a focus on long-term process and quality enhancements. ## Description As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you play a key role in maintaining and improving quality performance across products and processes.
