 * Bearbeitung und Pflege sämtlicher Mitarbeiterunterlagen
 * Verwaltung und Archivierung von Dokumenten
 * Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen
 * Bestellung von Büromaterial und Arbeitskleidung
 * Unterstützung bei administrativen Personalprozessen (Eintritte, Austritte, Vertragsunterlagen usw.)
 * Pflege von Listen, Auswertungen und Reports
 * Unterstützung der Store Manager und des Managements in administrativen Angelegenheiten
 * Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
 * Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation aller administrativen Prozesse für die Standorte Köln und Berlin
