## Description

* Programmiersprachen lernen: Du erlernst verschiedene Programmiersprachen und entwickelst ein solides Verständnis, das dir hilft, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu erstellen.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und unterstützt aktiv bei aktuellen Projekten, um praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
 * Softwareentwicklung nach Kundenwünschen: Du unterstützt das Team dabei, Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.
 * Optimierung des Ticket-Systems: Du bist aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres internen Ticket-Systems beteiligt und trägst zur Verbesserung des Supports bei.
 * Präsentation von Systemlösungen: Du stellst unsere Systemlösungen den Kundinnen und Kunden vor und sorgst dafür, dass diese optimal auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt sind.
 * Interne Schulungen und Beratung: Du schulst und unterstützt die internen Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei der Nutzung unserer IT- und Softwarelösungen.
 * Mitarbeit an Software-Projekten: Du bringst dich in verschiedene Softwareprojekte ein und unterstützt diese von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung., Offene Kommunikation
