 * Pflege und Administration des Active Directory für unsere Kundensysteme (Benutzerverwaltung, Gruppenrichtlinien, Berechtigungen)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software bei unterschiedlichen Kunden
 * Hands-on Lösung von technischen Problemen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden zu IT-Themen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen, Störungsbehebungen und Kundeninteraktionen
