 * Der Wille zur Weiterentwicklung: Du kommst aus der Praxis (Admin/Netzwerk) und willst dein Wissen nun nutzen, um Architekturen zu planen
 * Infrastruktur-Know-how: Solide Kenntnisse in Server-Landschaften, Netzwerken und Firewall/Proxy - und Lust, hier tief einzutauchen.
 * Cloud-Affinität: Erste Berührungspunkte oder großes Interesse an Cloud-Umgebungen.
 * Kommunikation & Struktur: Du hast Spaß daran, logische Netzpläne zu lesen/entwickeln und deine Ideen verständlich zu erklären.
 * Sprache & Mobilität: Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1 Niveau), gutes Englisch und die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 1 Tag im Monat).
 * SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, kein Muss!
