## About the Role

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Engineering und der Administration von Linux-Systemen, idealerweise RH-Server (Cloud & On Prem) vor allem Red Hat Enterprise Linux sowie CentOS

 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu zentralen Diensten wie NFS, Samba, AutoFS, CIFS, LDAP
 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Bash-Skripten; ideal auch PHP, Perl oder Python
 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse bei der Analyse und dem Erstellen von Skripten zur Automation mit Ansible und der Ansible Automation Plattform
 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Containerplattformen Kubernetes und/oder Red Hat Openshift
 - Sehr gute deutsche und optimalerweise englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Linux Infrastruktur (Server) unter Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS und ubuntu basierend auf den Anforderungen unseres Kunden

 - Mitarbeit im Bereich Linux Server-Design und Lifecyclemanagement einschließlich Provisionierung, Patch- und Releasemanagement, Konfigurationsmanagement, Monitoring, Backup und Recovery, sowie deren kontinuierliche Pflege und Verbesserung (Qualitätssicherung)
 - Fehleranalyse sowie -behebung an den Systemen per Remotezugriff anhand übermittelter Tickets, telefonischer Support-Anfragen, sowie individueller Projektaufträge
 - Sicherstellung der Funktionalität, Stabilität und Effizienz des Betriebssystems und betriebssystemnaher Software der Linux basierten Server (physische und virtuelle Systeme)
