## Description

* Als IT-Administrator sind Sie für die vorwiegend Microsoft-basierte IT-Infrastruktur und den Anwender-Support verantwortlich. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für interne IT-Infrastruktur per E-Mail und Remote-Support.
 * Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen.
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung.
 * Benutzer-, Gruppen- und Rechteverwaltung in Active Directory und Microsoft Entra.
 * Betreuung und Verwaltung von Windows-Clients, mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Wissensdatenbanken.
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Hard- und Software.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern.
