 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des IT-Supports (Remote und vor Ort beim Kunden)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Betreuung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. Backup, Antivirus, Zugriffskonzepte)
 * Unterstützung bei Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. Hyper-V) und Cloudlösungen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Prozessen
