As a statewide not-for-profit organization, we focus on empowering those who care for and educate our children, especially the early learning workforce. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to join our Help Me Grow Florida (HMGF) team. This position directly supports service delivery to children and families through data management, referral tracking, and care coordination support. The Data Specialist works within HMGF data systems to track screenings, referrals, and follow-up services, ensures accurate real-time documentation of service activities, and supports program staff and affiliates in using data to improve outcomes. This role exercises independent judgment in identifying data gaps, tracking service completion, and supporting timely connections between families and community resources.
