Enterprise Architects are aligned to specific business capabilities and business segments, including areas such as consumer banking, small business and channel management, corporate and investment banking, compliance and legal, product fulfillment, trading, treasury, and customer-focused digital services. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between business strategy and technical architecture - someone who understands enterprise systems, architectural patterns, governance, risk, and modern technology platforms, while also being able to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executives. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or senior technology leadership roles within complex enterprise environments * Proven ability to partner directly with business leaders and executives to influence strategy and technology direction * Demonstrated success acting as a liaison between business and technology organizations * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture domains, including business, application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture * Experience architecting and guiding complex enterprise solutions and modernization initiatives * Broad technical background with familiarity across modern architecture patterns, cloud platforms, distributed systems, integration technologies, APIs, event-driven architectures, containers, security, and enterprise platforms * Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences * Experience facilitating governance, architectural review processes, and enterprise standards alignment * Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups * Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred ## Description Kforce's client is seeking experienced Enterprise Architects who can serve as strategic partners to the business while helping shape the future of enterprise technology across a large-scale, highly regulated environment.
