Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Portfolio Management, the Data Services Manager is responsible for coordinating the data needs of the Donor Relations team, including creating routine reports critical to leadership, responding to gift officers' data-related requests, capturing and organizing event data, and ensuring database integrity and hygiene. This position partners with vendors and Development colleagues to manage and analyze model scores and predictive data to identify prospects and create and record fundraising performance metrics for gift officers. A key member of the Development team, this position also coordinates the team's moves management strategy from a data perspective.
