## Description

Provide hands-on operational support for SAP Fieldglass (VMS) to ensure system stability and assist with system expansion.

 - Act as secondary system administrator, supporting the primary owner with daily operations.
 - Manage user access, configurations, and overall system setup.
 - Support and execute system testing, enhancements, and integrations.
 - Track, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and service requests.
 - Perform data uploads, monitor data integrity, and validate system data.
 - Generate and distribute operational and ad hoc reports.
 - Maintain process documentation and create job aids for knowledge transfer.
 - Collaborate on process documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
