Experience in retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services verticals preferred. * 3+ years of management/mentorship experience. * Expert data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually. * Experience with Skai or other search marketing platforms preferred. * Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification, or similar highly desirable. * Ability to travel occasionally. ## Description * Lead and develop the global Search Expert Services organization, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team focused on client success, innovation, and operational excellence. * Champion and execute the strategic direction set by the VP of Expert Services, ensuring the team's priorities and goals remain fully aligned with broader Expert Services, Customer Success and company objectives. * Drive delivery of exceptional client outcomes by setting quality standards, coaching strategic thinking, and ensuring execution excellence across the team. * Serve as an escalation point for complex client situations, providing strategic guidance and influencing successful business outcomes. * Partner closely with Sales to grow the Expert Services business through client consultations, solution design, scoping, pricing strategy, RFP response collaboration, and executive-level presentations. * Build and strengthen executive relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on search strategy and industry trends. * Own team performance, client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency, and overall business health. * Develop, coach, and mentor team members through regular feedback, career development planning and performance management. * Drive organizational scale by improving processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing best practices that increase efficiency and consistency. * Partner cross-functionally with Product/Dev, Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to influence product direction, improve service offerings, and identify new growth opportunities. * Foster a culture of continuous learning by championing innovation, emerging search capabilities, AI adoption, and knowledge sharing across the organization. * Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and contractor strategy to ensure the team can effectively support evolving business priorities in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment., * Passion: Foster empathy, pursue excellence, and keep the bar high.
