## About the Role

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
 * Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
 * Ability to define strategy and communicate vision across diverse stakeholder groups.
 * Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
 * Strong communication and relationship management skills.
 * Experience partnering with technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

We'd Love to See:

 * Experience with platform modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale business initiatives.
 * Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-based technologies, or modern application architectures.
 * Exposure to AI-enabled products, processes, or business solutions.
 * Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.

## Description

We're looking for Product Managers who are energized by solving complex business problems, influencing strategy, and partnering across technology and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping platform capabilities that support our retirement business while helping drive modernization efforts that improve client and business experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where product strategy, innovation, and customer focus come together to create meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

 * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex digital products and platform capabilities.
 * Translate business objectives into product priorities and actionable plans.
 * Collaborate with technology, operations, and business partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
 * Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
 * Utilize customer, business, and market insights to inform product decisions.
 * Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 * Partner with engineering teams to support the development of scalable and modern technology solutions.
 * Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
 * Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
