## Description

* Serve as primary contact for application teams onboarding to the service
 * Assess application authorization requirements and map to OpenFGA models
 * Assist teams with data model design and relationship definitions
 * Coordinate data migration from legacy authorization systems
 * Create and maintain onboarding documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
 * Conduct training sessions and workshops for application teams
 * Track onboarding progress and identify blockers
 * Gather feedback to improve onboarding process and documentation
 * Escalate technical issues to engineering team
