* Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services O365 Exchange Online On-premises.

 * Strong knowledge of M365 tenanttotenant migrations especially in MA or business transformation contexts.
 * Experience with Quest and BitTitan.
 * Ability to design and implement integration strategies for M365 workloads., Mandatory Skills : Exchange Onpremise/ Hybrid

## Description

* Plan design and implement integration strategies for Exchange Online
 * Support hybrid identity setups on-premises AD with Azure AD Entra ID
 * Assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers and acquisitions
 * Set up and secure cross tenant collaboration
 * Standardize and document processes for onboarding new agencies or business units
 * Source Domain Discovery Inventory of exchange Objects
 * O365 Email account prep work
 * Public Folder review and migrations
 * Data Migration for email with Tools like Quest BitTitan
 * Responsible with onboarding processes for new agencies or business units
 * Ensure seamless collaboration secure adoption and alignment with business needs during migrations or digital transformation initiatives
