## About the Role

* Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
 * 3-6 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
 * Experience with commercial core and shell and/or multifamily residential in an urban infill context
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD
 * Strong 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, * Revit proficiency (we are actively transitioning to BIM workflows and this is a near-term priority)
 * Familiarity with NYC zoning and building code
 * Experience with LPC (Landmarks Preservation Commission) submissions - this is a significant plus
 * ARE completion or active progress toward licensure

## Description

We are looking for an Intermediate Architect to take on meaningful responsibility across all phases of practice. This is not a production-only role - you will contribute to design, documentation, consultant coordination, and client communication from day one. You will grow alongside the firm.
