## About the Role

* BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
 * 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing
 * 3+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
 * Experience validating system integrations, workflows, and data exchange across platforms
 * Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Playwright or Mabl)
 * Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
 * Experience working within the SAFe framework
 * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Experience

 * Experience testing Dynamics 365 and SharePoint integrations
 * Familiarity with SharePoint supporting workflows and integrations
 * Experience in environments focused on content management and business process modernization
 * SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
 * Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are strongly preferred, * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 * Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
 * Proactive risk identification with timely escalation
 * Ability to support modernization efforts, including validating new solutions as legacy platforms are retired and business processes are streamlined
 * Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and coverage

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), with a strong focus on validating integrations and end-to-end business processes. This role requires hands-on experience with manual and automated testing and an understanding of content management, workflows, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and bring a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and business process validation., * Design and execute test plans across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and integrated solutions (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT)

 * Validate Power Platform capabilities including document management, workflows, permissions, and user experience
 * Test and ensure quality across integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related platforms
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes and requirements
 * Document defects, test results, and maintain logs; raise risks and escalate when needed
 * Support user acceptance testing and provide guidance to business users
 * Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps, Mabl, Playwright, and other frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency
 * Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and integration validation strategies
