10-15+ years of experience in OS / infrastructure architecture across Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms

Strong expertise in OS modernization strategy, including migration from legacy Unix to Linux / cloud-native environments

Proven experience in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and hybrid transformation (on-prem cloud / multi-cloud)

Deep understanding of platform standardization, golden image creation, and enterprise baselining practices

Strong capability in automation and platform engineering (infrastructure as code, scripting, configuration management)

Experience in large-scale OS estate transformation (consolidation, re-platforming, workload optimization)

Expertise in cost optimization strategies (right-sizing, infra rationalization, cloud cost controls / FinOps awareness)

Strong knowledge of virtualization and hybrid infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, cloud VM constructs)

Experience in security-aligned modernization (OS hardening, compliance integration during transformation)

Ability to define and implement target operating models (standardized, automation-first OS platforms)

Familiarity with monitoring, AIOps integration, and transformation towards zero-touch operations
