* Minimal experience in technical specialization and information systems
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including 365 and Windows 10
 * Willingness to solve technical problems and see projects through to completion

## Description

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties.

Job Functions Include:

 * Provide support to users as the first point of contact for problem resolution
 * Install and configure software and computer systems
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
 * Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
 * Assist with password or login problems for agency users
 * Serve as liaison to proprietary vendors for general questions and troubleshooting
 * Participate in meetings, as warranted, to provide insight into technical requirements
