What you bring: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration, analysis, or HRIS support. * Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management. * Advanced data analysis and Excel skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the company's Workday system to support efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
