 * DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification

 * At least one current industry IT certification

What You'll Do

 * Deliver desktop and technical support

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

 * Install and configure workstations and peripherals

 * Support user accounts and Active Directory

 * Resolve service requests and document solutions

 * Maintain workstation inventories
