Physical Demands: * Ability to safely lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required for hardware installation and support. * Ability to occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or crouch to access workstations, cabling, or equipment in office or program settings. Choices for People Center assists in individual goal-oriented program planning, and acts as an advocate in the community through the removal of attitudinal, architectural, environmental, financial, employment-related, communicational, transportation, and other barriers., The IT Specialist is responsible for delivering technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems. This role will help manage the IT helpdesk ticket queue, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and provide timely assistance to end-users. The IT Specialist will also handle user provisioning and account management, administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, and assist with maintaining system security and compliance.
