## About the Role

* 1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or operations experience (required)
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 * Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
 * Experience with reporting and dashboard tracking, preferably within financial services or onboarding environments (preferred)

## Description

Our client is searching for an Administrative Coordinator - Integrations & Onboarding to assist the Onboarding team, supporting both team operations and leadership reporting. This role will create presentation materials and reports, maintain CRM workflows and data accuracy, and manage shared communications. Apply now!

Work Model:

 * Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
 * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 * Monday - Friday

What You Will Do:

 * Manage shared inbox communications, route inquiries, ensure timely responses, and escalate issues as needed
 * Maintain Salesforce workflows, monitor pending items, track onboarding activities, and ensure data accuracy through routine validation and updates
 * Prepare recurring onboarding reports, track key operational metrics, validate data accuracy, and support leadership reporting
 * Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, develop clear data visualizations, ensure brand and quality standards, and manage reporting templates and files
