 * Proven experience leading teams and delivering Guidewire projects

## Description

* Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers; ensure timely and quality delivery.
 * Design, configure, and customize Guidewire (PolicyCenter) modules.
 * Develop business rules, workflows, and UI using Gosu & Guidewire Studio.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
 * Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
 * Manage integrations with external systems (APIs, messaging, etc.).
 * Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance.
 * Maintain documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum activities
