Preferred Skills * 2+ years working in Agile or iterative delivery environments. * 2+ years supporting product-driven delivery, backlog refinement, feature readiness, and outcome-based delivery. * Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO). * Experience with Microsoft Project. * Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are a plus. ## Description The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the DMV Modernization Program as it transitions to a product-driven delivery model. This role focuses on creating clarity from complex business needs, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and ensuring product teams deliver high-value solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an Agile environment.
