## About the Role

The best candidates will have a demonstrated enthusiasm for design, good communication skills, and experience with construction documents and construction administration., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

 * 3-6 years of professional architecture experience
 * Experience with industry standard design software, including Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Enscape, is required
 * Experience with institutional and/or corporate projects is preferred
 * Familiarity with zoning and building codes is a plus
 * Experience coordinating with engineers and consultants is a plus
 * Licensed Architect is a plus, * Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about design
 * Comfortable working independently and as a collaborative, productive member of a team
 * Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong graphic and verbal communication skills
 * Must live or be willing to relocate to the Portland, OR area.

## Description

* Report directly to the Associate or Principal in charge
 * Produce diagrams, models, renderings, and drawings for internal study, design presentations, consultant coordination, or client presentations
 * Research and prepare presentation materials
 * Develop project documentation from schematic design through construction documents
 * Coordinate with various engineers and consultants as required for the successful completion of various phases of design
