Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. * Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Kubernetes. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture. * Experience with SAN, storage systems, networking, and data center technologies. * Knowledge of SNMP, SMTP, MFA, and SSL certificate management. * Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, or similar ITSM platforms. * Experience using Jira. * Knowledge of AI tools for automation, documentation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise server infrastructure and global IT operations. This role requires strong expertise in server hardware, infrastructure engineering, automation, firmware management, virtualization, and enterprise systems support.
