Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or CRM. * Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply-chain-driven organizations. * Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). * Experience supporting full ERP lifecycle implementations and/or major upgrades. Preferred Attributes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Process mapping and optimization mindset. * Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities. * Collaborative, team-oriented approach. * Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation-driven * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment ## Description The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst reports to the IT director and is responsible for serving as the functional bridge between the business and IT teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions effectively support operational, financial, and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional design documents, supporting implementations, and driving user adoption across Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, & CRM). The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain & Sales, partnering with Dynamics 365 Developers and external partners to deliver scalable, well-documented, and valued-driven solutions.
