* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einschlägige mind. 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation

 * Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (z. B. ITIL)
 * Führungserfahrung technischer Teams oder IT-Betriebseinheiten wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung im Bereich ERP Basis und Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Überführung neuer Lösungen aus Projekten in den stabilen Regelbetrieb ("Transition to RUN")
 * Erfahrung in der effizienten Gestaltung und Standardisierung von IT-Betriebsabläufen
 * Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit

## Description

* Operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich IT Platforms & Operations im Einklang mit IT-Strategie und Governance
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen IT-Betriebs
 * Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts inkl. Priorisierung, Ressourcensteuerung und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsorganisation mit Fokus auf Standardisierung, Effizienz und Servicequalität
 * Verantwortung für einen leistungsfähigen und anwenderorientierten Service Desk
 * Optimierung und Steuerung der Supportprozesse im 1st-Level sowie Sicherstellung klarer Eskalationswege
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Workplace-, Netzwerk- und Server-Infrastrukturen
 * Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit der IT-Services
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Betriebs- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
 * Steuerung des Lifecycle-Managements zentraler IT-Komponenten
 * Verantwortung für ERP-Basis-Services und Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA)
