 * Ability to work collaboratively on a team, be adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and manage priorities.
 * Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

## Description

* Manage project goals and deliverables through a structured timeline roadmap to align stakeholder expectations, communicate plans and co-ordinate resources.
 * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose work problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and evaluate program impact.
 * Execute comprehensive risk identification and assessment activities covering budget, schedule, resource, and technical risks while developing mitigation plans and tracking their evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
 * Establish and monitor stakeholder-aligned processes, drive accountability across teams, secure resources, ensure compliance with privacy policies, identify improvement, opportunities, and promote the adoption of optimized workflows.
