## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
 * 3-5 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack application development
 * Hands-on experience building applications using:
 + Modern front-end frameworks such as React (Angular is a plus)
 + Back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python
 + Relational databases using SQL
 * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with an understanding of secure coding practices
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve application issues
 * Ability to work independently while managing priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
 * Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have (not required):

 * Exposure to financial services, banking, or credit union environments
 * Familiarity with legacy systems or languages (e.g., Perl)
 * Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira

## Description

* Build and consume secure APIs and third-party integrations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments
 * Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver practical technical solutions
 * Participate in code reviews and follow established development and release processes
 * Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing
 * Support ongoing improvements and gradual modernization of existing applications
