This role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating project accounting, costing, billing, and portfolio management requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise across the Fusion PPM modules with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills., * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion / Cloud PPM, including at least one full-cycle implementation. Must Have: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion / Cloud PPM, including at least one full-cycle implementation. * Strong knowledge of project accounting concepts: costing, revenue recognition, billing, capitalization, and budgetary control. * Demonstrated experience configuring Fusion PPM modules and using tools such as Functional Setup Manager (FSM). * Understanding of integrations between PPM and Financials, Procurement, and HCM modules. * Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and produce clear functional documentation. * Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles and regression testing. Preferred Qualifications * Oracle Cloud PPM certification. * Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher reporting and FBDI/ADFdi data loads. * Background in Grants Management or public-sector / government project accounting. * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira. * Prior consulting experience across multiple client environments.
