* Individuals who have worked in an IT call center for at least 1 year and are in an organization where it is impossible to get a Tier 2 opportunity.
 * Recent associate degree graduates in IT. Similarly individuals who recently completed CompTIA A+ certification.
 * Career IT professionals who have had a recent employment gap and are looking to get back into the field. Note that after 6 months, PennDOT has extensive Tier 3 opportunities for overqualified individuals.
 * Individuals who have worked extensively in Tier 2 and are looking for a change of scenery.
 * IT professionals who have had a successful IT Tier 2 careers working for smaller companies but are interested in working large enterprises. PennDOT has great access to high-end technology and have very good processes and procedures in place to learn IT operations.
 * Individuals seeking to become a career Pennsylvania state employee. Contractors are generally given preference after 2-3 years of successful & above-average employment., * IT Service Desk or formal IT education: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Installs computer system hardware, software, and related peripherals in accordance with departmental procedures and technical manuals.
 * Provides direct support for workstation requests and issues (SCCM)
 * Mobile iOS device support.
 * Ensure complete and accurate equipment inventory.
 * Telecommunications.
