## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 0-3 years of experience in IT Analyst, Application Support, or Technical Operations.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 * Familiarity with XML, JSON, relational databases, enterprise application workflows, data processing, and system integration concepts.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global hybrid environment.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
 * Must be willing to work onsite 3 days per week in Bridgewater, NJ.

## Description

* Support day-to-day enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues.
 * Perform system configuration updates, user requests, and application support.
 * Support testing, system enhancements, and partner/user onboarding.
 * Monitor file transfers, certificates, scheduled jobs, and system health.
 * Create and maintain support documentation.
 * Collaborate with IT and business teams while following SOX and GDPR compliance standards.
