The IAS-AMS is a custom association management system built on Claris FileMaker Pro, serving as the relational database which handles membership management, event registration, and sales for IAS' clients. The FileMaker and Web Developer will play a key role in enhancing the functionality of the IAS-AMS while integrating applications with APIs, external databases, and other systems. The applicant will also play a key role in overseeing end-to-end website development and certain internal IT operations for IAS and our clients. A successful applicant will inherit significant responsibility from day one, effectively leading the systems development and technology operations for IAS and our client organizations. Select applicants will also see significant opportunities for upward mobility as IAS executes our growth plans. This role is ideal for highly motivated, hard-working individuals who are comfortable managing projects while also performing the bulk of the hands-on work. Strong technical skills, robust attention to detail, and organizational best practices will be essential for the selected candidate.
