## About the Role

* 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
 * Experience with billing, preferred
 * Experience in service industry environment, preferred
 * Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
 * Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
 * Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
 * Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
 * Minimum of HSD/GED
 * Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Primary Responsibilities

 * Job File Coordination - monitoring job file status, maintain job file work in progress, and ensure client requirements are followed
 * Job File Documentation - review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination and perform job file backup
 * Job File Communication and Reporting - complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process, and perform job close-out
 * Invoice/Payments - bill customers in timely manner, process payments, ensure work in progress and accounts receivables spreadsheets are kept accurate, and maintain filing system for all jobs
 * Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
