This role blends UX strategy, interaction design, user research, and data-driven insights to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences that strengthen the GoFi brand and drive measurable business results. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure every interaction feels cohesive, customer-first, and purpose-built to improve usability, satisfaction, and conversion.
